Finally Tales comes to PC

Tales of Zestiria is a Japanese role-playing game that all anime fans will love.

Waifus! Waifus everywhere

The conflict in Tales of Zestiria, as in all installments of this series, are the difficulties of life and an overwhelming onslaught of emotions - such as greed, hatred, despair or jealousy. Only the power of friendship and self-confidence can end this internal plague.

It is the structure of Zestiria that make it unique. The game breaks and plays with some long standing elements of the franchise. As a result you have a familiar game with surprises that will hook you.

The soundtrack is one of the highlights of Zestiria. Masaru Shiina returns as composer to offer a suitably dramatic or epic score to suit the situation. And, on the topic of audio, you can indeed set the VO to Japanese. Otaku everywhere thank you thank you, Bandai Namco.

Changes to the battle system

Tales’s battle system has evolved again with Zestiria. Instead of occurring in closed arenas, combat occurs in the actual environment in which you meet the enemies. The result is more agile and dynamic encounters. I recommend playing on the higher difficulties where you can no longer get away with just spamming attack and must engage in more tactical encounters.

Tales of Zestiria, and the series in general, is directed towards fans of anime and traditional J-RPGs. This is both its strength and its weakness. If you like the adventures of young teenagers and waifus, where debates on the human condition are complemented by high school jokes, then you'll like Zestiria. But if that last sentence made you tremble, then it is not for you.

Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
